Hello World :)

My name is Nikki, the owner of

'OMG What's Illy Cooking Now? '

based out of Greensboro, NC. 

The most common question I get is "what is your favorite thing to make?" The answer to that is simple, I love making people smile through my food. My mission is to prepare food that warms your heart and soul and of course keep you coming back for more. 

Born and raised in Queens, New York, East Elmhurst to be exact, my mother later relocated us to Jamaica Queens. I graduated from Temple University where I studied Broadcasting Telecommunications Mass Media.

Summer of 2021 I started setting up my camera, capturing content on everything I cook and uploading it for the world to see.

I moved to Greensboro, NC in 2022 and began working at Truist Bank while cooking for fun for family and friends. I begin taking my craft a bit more serious because at this point it was no longer a hobby but a passion.

My passion for cooking doesn't just start in the kitchen, from planning, to shopping, prepping and serving I am committed to providing an experience from start to finish!
